Service: Making a Difference Through Action
I'm happy to share my impactful experiences where I have actively contributed to the community and made a positive difference through my service and leadership.

Stream Lead, Mentor, and Applications Manager - Sahyog (2017-2021)
My service journey with Sahyog began in 2017, with a focus on responding to the 2013 cloudburst disaster in Uttarakhand, India. My school adopted two villages in the Kinsu and Dugadda region, extending a helping hand to the community.
I'm proud to have been the youngest selected volunteer among 500 applicants. I was also the youngest Stream Lead of the Education stream, entrusted with leading a team of 10 individuals out of a larger team of 30. The dedicated to the education, sanitation, and dairy streams. Some of my key contributions during this tenure include:
-
Creating a curriculum for basic concepts of Science, English, and Math, utilizing innovative hands-on learning techniques to teach over 50 students. This approach ensured a more engaging and effective learning experience.
-
Developing worksheets and assignments to facilitate continuous learning for children in these remote villages, particularly during the pandemic when education faced unprecedented challenges.
-
Taking the lead in the interviews and recruitment process, an integral part of the annual selection and mentoring cycle, to ensure the seamless continuity of the program and its impact on the community.
These service experiences have not only allowed me to give back to the community but have also been personally enriching, enabling me to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

Team Lead, Applications Manager - SEVA (2020-Present)
My journey with SEVA commenced in 2020, and it has been a fulfilling endeavor to serve as the Team Lead and Applications Manager, specifically leading the music team. In a competitive selection process with 200 applicants, I was chosen to take on this significant role. During the challenging times of the pandemic, I had the privilege of teaching music online to over 50 students from Dr. Ruhi's Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality education to underprivileged children.
My responsibilities extended beyond music education; I also conducted academic story-telling sessions. In my role, I designed a comprehensive curriculum plan for the music lessons, ensuring that the students received a well-rounded educational experience.
